SHIPPING POLICY
At Northgrove Partners, we work with carefully made brass products crafted and prepared with attention to detail. Because many pieces are handmade or finished to order, processing and delivery may vary slightly depending on the product and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
During busy periods, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery time is generally 5 to 12 business days depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Origin
All orders are produced and shipped from Morocco.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination country, and carrier service.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Northgrove Partners is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@northgrovepartner.com and we will review the shipment with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you on a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@northgrovepartner.com with:
- your order number
- photos of the product
- photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
