Warranty Policy
At Northgrove Partners, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our brass products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to contact us if you experience an issue.
Warranty Coverage
We provide a limited 1-year warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
If an eligible product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we may, at our discretion:
- repair the product,
- replace the product, or
- issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.
What Is Covered
This warranty generally covers:
- manufacturing defects in the brass structure,
- faults in workmanship under normal intended use,
- defects present upon delivery but not immediately visible,
- approved product issues not caused by misuse or external damage.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- normal aging, patina, oxidation, or finish evolution of brass over time,
- natural handmade variations in tone, texture, hammering, shape, or finish,
- damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or modification,
- damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning tools, or improper care,
- water spotting, humidity effects, or environmental exposure consistent with normal brass behavior,
- commercial use unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing,
- damage occurring after resale or unauthorized repair.
Handmade and Natural Material Disclaimer
Because many of our products are handmade and made from brass, slight differences in color, patina, texture, hammering, and finish are part of the product’s natural character and are not considered defects.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty support, please contact us at hello@northgrovepartner.com and include:
- your order number,
- the name used at checkout,
- a short description of the issue,
- clear photos of the product,
- clear photos of the affected area.
We may request additional information if needed to review the claim properly.
Claim Review
All warranty claims are reviewed case by case. If the issue is confirmed to fall within our warranty coverage, we will provide an appropriate solution based on the product condition, availability, and nature of the issue.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
If the claim is approved and the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we may cover or reimburse reasonable shipping costs related to the resolution, at our discretion.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, return or replacement shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Limitation
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased directly from Northgrove Partners or our authorized sales channels.
